 U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) (1997-2003; 2003-'06)

National Science Foundation (NSF)

The National Science Foundation funded a two-year project for a Combined Research and Curriculum Development (CRCD) in Multiphase Transport Phenomenon (MTP).

National Science Foundation has also funded a 5 year (2003-'08) project for an Industry/University Co-operative Research Center ( I/UCRC) on Multiphase Transport Phenomena

TU / Chevron Center of Research Excellence (TU-CoRE)

The University of Tulsa and Chevron have initiated this Research Center of with seed money of $1 million. Chevron research funding, including existing and new programs, could eventually exceed $1.5 million annually. Chevron has provided in the past valuable support to the PE Department and the University through memberships in research consortia, sponsorship of students, involvement on the advisory boards, and unrestricted grants to the department.
