Dr. Ram Mohan
Ram Mohan, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Tulsa and the associate director of the Separation Technology Projects (TUSTP) at the University of Tulsa. He received his Ph.D. and M.S. Degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kentucky, and his B.Sc (Engg.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kerala, India. Mohan teaches and conducts research in the areas of control system design, compact separators, multiphase flow separation, instrumentation and signal processing, manufacturing processes and systems, ultra-high pressure fluid applications and product/process design. Mohan has authored or co-authored more than 40 refereed publications in his research areas. He served as a chair of the Manufacturing and Services Symposium of ASME-ETCE conference for 2000-2002 and is a recipient of the Collier Service award in 2002. He is also a recipient of the Jacobson Best Paper award for the ASME-ETCE conference in 1998 and 2002.
